Rail Infrastructure Networking events are the ideal place to promote your company, with rail industry professionals from across the country in attendance, looking to make new connections and explore new possibilities for their companies.
For only £150, payable in advance, we will provide exhibitors with a table on which you can showcase your marketing material along with space to bring two pop-up banners for display.
Book your exhibition table now as limited spaces are available and previous events have sold out
Our events have continued to grow in popularity since RIN’s inception and, as a result, the event has outgrown some of the venues used throughout 2017.
RIN continues to aim to limit the cost of each event as much as possible to remain affordable for all and we thank all of our Jobson James Rail clients, visitors and past exhibitors for their continued support to get this event on the rail map.
Rail companies are now able to book to exhibit at the Pride Park, Derby event.
Please note – No phone or email exhibitor bookings will be taken. All bookings will be taken with online payment below.
If no online payment has been made then the exhibitor slot has not been allocated and confirmed.
RIN will require all exhibitors to evidence that they hold Public Liability Insurance of a minimum value of £5m.
Please also note that our badges all attendees for our next event and for all future events will become ‘print at home’.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying to exhibit and plan on bringing a colleague with you, please register any additional colleagues as a visitor on the Visitors page – they will be issued with a badge through this.
It is therefore essential that all visitors (including exhibitors) register their attendees on our website so they obtain their ‘print at home badge’.
If they arrive with no badge then we can provide handwritten one out.
Exhibitor spaces fully booked. You can register as a visitor by clicking here.
