Booking for Doncaster RIN event now open

Booking is open for the next Rail Infrastructure Networking (RIN) event on Thursday 24th of November in South Yorkshire. It will take place at the Mercure Danum Hotel, which is just five minutes’ walk from Doncaster Station, a major UK rail hub, and will be open from 8:30am to 11:30am.

Building on the success of the first RIN event in Birmingham, the organisers Jobson James Rail – the Rail Brokers, have introduced a new ‘power hour’, which aims to maximise the networking potential of every attendee. Between 9:30am and 10:30am, everyone will take part in a speed-networking session, meeting as many fellow rail professionals as possible.

The Birmingham RIN event was a resounding success, with rail industry professionals from across the country, representing rail infrastructure companies of various kinds and sizes, all able to come together in one place. The event was truly unique, as it allowed discussions of potential business opportunities to go unimpeded by sales pitches, presentations or speeches. However, what is most unique about RIN events is that they are completely free. If visitors wish to bring pop up banners and small stands, the charge is only £50, as RIN is run as a not for profit event, purely for the benefit of the industry.

In order to fully cater to the industry’s need for more initiatives like this, further events are planned in London and Crewe in 2017, bringing this unparalleled networking opportunity to rail professionals throughout the country.
